I don't know the stylists name who cut Cayden's hair 4-12 but not only did she do a bad job, she didn't even try to give him the cut he wanted and laughed about him being "pissed". If you have trainees working you should instruct them to ask the more experienced stylists to take a customer they know they can't satisfy or a cut they aren't capable of doing. I will never come back to the Cumming Sport Clips! and I will advise anyone I speak to not to take their sons there. You got 1 star because your system won't accept 0.
