I do NOT like the online sign-in. Yesterday, I walked in to find i would be #9 on the list with a wait time of 90 minutes. There were only three other customers in the store and four stylists working. Apparently, you can get in line without waiting in line. Today, I got online, checked in and requested my preferred stylist. Computer said the wait was 34 minutes and suggested the I arrive in 31 minutes. When I arrived 25 minutes later, I was #3 on the list with a 45 minute wait time and two people ahead of me for my preferred stylist. When I asked why that might be, I was told it was because I wasn't there when the stylist was ready for her next customer. Sport Clips ought to go back to a first come first serve check in.

You can now get in line without having to stand in line. I left without getting a cut.
